The sixth step is to install the first six rows of shingles. each row of shingles will be offset from the previous row by 6 inches. this prevents water from running down between shingle joints and into the shed. start at the same end of the eve that you started the starter strip on and install a full 36 inch long shingle over the starter strip.. The shed is also home to a 3’ x 3’ window. together, these windows let more than enough natural light into the shed for your storage needs. the back wall of the shed and the right wall of the shed are finished solid with t1-11 siding. note use old doors and windows to save money. follow manufacturer’s instructions to accurately install.
